The Hawk (Gore)

I was walking up my front steps when I noticed a mass of black feathers floating down like leaves from a tree. As it turns out, there was a hawk in a tree in my front yard enjoying their lunch. Needless to say I grabbed my camera and headed back out. I would not call any of these photos especially gory but if you don't want to see a partially dismembered bird, maybe skip this photo set. This first photo, a salsify flower growing in my front yard, is the only photo that isn't the hawk
